THE CONDITIONING

In other words, welcome to jogging, jumping, lifting, squatting, sprinting, and sweating training of Pipo and Chelsea. The TKD kids here have been doing this for the past 2 weeks, every Tuesday and Thursday they change into their work-out clothes and do the torturous things their trainer Pipo and Chelsea would tell them. I witnessed their training, looked pretty easy to me, just that I have a broken hand and can't really join.


Yeah, Janine is smiling and showing off her whey drink now.

Chelsea's words of encouragement: "you don't stretch, you don't eat."


Ray: Who ever loses pays for my health insurance!
Marc: I don't even have health insurance.




Tan: Argg...!

This is Janine NOT smiling.

Ray's happy cause Marc lost.

Terror has a new face.

Terror is hungry.

You always need a good meal after you've done all you can to make every person ache and sore.
